Quattro Trading is currently hiring Senior Associate IT Helpdesk Job responsibilities: · provide Technical support for software’s Issues · Respond and resolve IT Help Desk Tickets · Create, modify or remove end users on ERP system · Users Training · Create views and stored procedure on SQL server for Reports Job Requirement: · Bachelor of computer science or equivalent related to Field · ERP system Knowledge · Microsoft SQL SERVER certification is preferred MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solution Associate) · Microsoft windows Operating system knowledge · IIS knowledge · Microsoft Windows Server ---- knowledge · Microsoft Office knowledge · Experience - year or - month minimum · Female preferred Skills: · English language Very Good written and speaking · High communication skills · High Problem solving skills · Customer Focus · Integrity · Team work – Team player **Interested candidate should send their resume
