TRAINING AND #QUALITY #MANAGER is required for a #travel agency. Job Responsibilities Identify and assess future and current training needs. Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. Monitor and evaluate the training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. Ensures ongoing development of Training agenda and activities in order to meet results, review and approve developed training content. Identifies those QA teams who are not meeting goals and conducts one-on-one coaching sessions with and agrees action plans to follow. Develops and ensures the daily execution of QA processes Ensures proper handover to Operations after nesting and proper communication of updates and validation feedback to the client. Job Requirements BSc/MSc degree in Training or related field. Minimum 1-year experience as a Training and Quality Manager. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.) Experience designing and executing training programs. 6 sigma knowledge.
