• Manage Users on domain controller (Create users, Rest Passwords, Enable or disable users). • Install and set up Backup & Antivirus Agent on the workstation. • Performs Monthly Preventive Maintenance according to SOP. • Provide technical support for all users (Printers, computers (Laptop, Desktop), scanner, etc.). • Set up a workstation for new users like operating system, programs, and Email. • Ensure that the company policies applied to all computers. • Ensure that the internet, internal and external network is working. • Train the new users on the best use for the devices and software • Responsible to keep all backup data on computers and Email Account. plusepluseJob Requirements • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position. • Excellent command of English Language. (Technical) • Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills. • CCNA – MCSA
