Key Accountabilities:
• Handle all ground operations for incoming traffic including Meet & Assist at Airports, tours and all logistics for groups and individuals
• Liaise with all suppliers and service providers to ensure a smooth operation of all incoming traffic.
• Ensure the proper documentation of all incoming traffic before arrival, including officially required documents.
• Provide accurate feedback on all ground operations activities.
• Provide an update on any change in regulations or logistics situation affecting the execution of Tours & Transfers
Required qualifications:
• University degree.
• Fluent in English language (Extra languages is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• A Team Player with good communication skills with the ability to work long hours during high seasons according to work needs.
• Ability of analyzing situations correctly and taking the required decision.
• Ability to travel outside Cairo whenever the need arouses.
