Job description:
Study the aspects, BOQ (bill of quantities), drawings and RFQ.
Follow up with the Subcontractor/Suppliers to receive the offers/quotations.
Negotiate with subcontractors technically, to insure the compliance of the officer with all project requirements as mentioned in the RFQ
Negotiate with supplier /subcontractor to reach the optimum price with the required specifications.
Follow up on the approval of the materials submitted and mock-ups with the site.
Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule
.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in engineering (civil).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Good Command of English and Arabic language skills.
AutoCAD , Primavera.
Construction experience is must
