Main Job Purpose
Supports, monitors, and maintains the computer systems and networks of the factory which also includes handling technical and application problems or procedures for factory management team.
Responsibilities
Utilize IT tools to remotely install and configure computer operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks in order to ensure user satisfaction and to decrease any downtime may affect the users.
Providing support for IT clients to resolve IT related issues, this may done by (providing procedural documentation and relevant reports either face to face or by phone)
Follow up IT ticketing system and solving any issues within predefined SLA.
Managing Avaya IP phone configurations for factory users to enable IP Phones to work.
Searching the market to provide any new technology that may provide added value to our organization.
Monitoring and managing IP surveillance system and keep copy for the last -- days.
Monitor and manage IT resources such as file and print server to allow maximum users utilization of IT services.
Requirements

Preferable to be resident in Sohag
