Responsibilities:
o Take messages and handle correspondence
o Schedule meetings and appointments
o Organize office operations and procedures
o Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports and summarizing information
Qualifications:
o Bachelor BSc/BA in business, or relevant field
o Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel , word , MS Outlook and power point in particular)
o Professional in Business Writing .
o Experience: 4- 6 years as an office manager to the executive level/CEO/General Manager
o Excellent in English
o High communication skills
o Presentable
