Job Description :
1-Accounting guidance for accounting entries and general expenses items and determining a provision for each item.
2- Financial analysis of customer profitability, company profitability, and sales volume analysis during specific periods.
3- Tracking actual costs and analyzing deviation of either + or - and finding ways to reduce actual costs.
4- Dealing with the chartered accountant office in issuing any required reports, preparing the budget for taxes and annual tax returns.
5- Reviewing and posting the costs of each shipment and reviewing the accounting guidance for cost items and the rest of the accounting items.
6- Review the balances of the accounts of the transportation, clearance, commissions and mail companies during a period and verify their accuracy .
7- preparing the clearance cost for shipments, reviewing and posting transportation bills for outgoing and incoming shipments.
8- Prepare the monthly salary registration
9- Review bank accounts and match balances
10. Matching the actual costs spent with the expected costs and making sure that any deviation in the cost before the disbursement and the cause of the deviation and its cause are approved.
11-Prepare a monthly statement of the increases paid on file costs
12-Review operating orders related to transportation
13- Receiving the annual statement from the customs of all shipments and matching it with the monthly statement sent to the tax.
14- Preparing the statement of the transportation contractors .
Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting.
2. Experience in freight forwarding Field
3. 10+ Years of experience .
4. Experience with ERP system is a plus.
5. Computer skills (excel-word, Etc.).
6. Attention to details.
7. Communication skills.
8. High leadership skills
