IT Skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Very good English speaker.
Previous same industry experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests at the front desk, direct and announce them appropriately.
Build a good rapport with all of our members and guests.
Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
Deal with membership and sales enquiries and carry out administrative duties.
Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls and receive daily emails.
Maintain and update the membership database system.
Ensure that all financial transactions related to membership fees are completed.
