Job Summary
: Responsible for performing training needs assessment, designing and delivering learning materials and managing all phases training interventions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1- 2 Years of Experience in training management.
- Certified TOT is preferable.
- Knowledge of different learning principles and methods.
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Knowledge of the English Language/ Microsoft Office.
Work Conditions and Benefits:
- Working Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Days Off : Fridays and Saturdays
