❇Seeking to hire: Factory Manager
Located in: 06th October, Giza.
Experience: Should have the same position before.
Responsibilities:
Hire and Train Factory Staff.
Delegate Tasks to Factory Staff as Necessary.
Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures.
Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.
Analyze Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as Necessary.
Create Production Data Reports and Present them to Decision Makers
Evaluating the talent of new hires and training them on policies and procedures.
Inspecting the quality of finished products to check on machine and operator efficiency.
Delegating machine operation, quality control, and maintenance tasks to factory employees.
Analyzing production data and making strategic recommendations to decision makers.
Maintaining a content and motivated workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
❇ Working Conditions:
Working 08 Hours.
Two Days off.
