Duties & Responsibilities :
Greet visitors and direct general public to appropriate staff member.
Direct telephone messages and fax messages to concerned person.
Maintain and manage general filing system and file all correspondence.
Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Making travel arrangements including Visa , Flight reservation, Accommodation, Pickup, Transportation and processing expenses reports.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
