About the Job:
- Assist in formulating the company s strategic direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Providing strategic recommendations for the executive management team.
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Develop financial and tax strategies as well as accounting, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
Job Requirements:
- Educational background is a MUST
- 15+ years of experience
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
