Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, Engineering or computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Must have experience from - months to - years in technology services field.
-General knowledge and understanding of PCs, #networks, #servers, #routers, #switches, #storage devices and #IT #Services like Infrastructure, Security .. etc
- Knowledge of Network basics, DNS , DHCP and IP based protocols.
- Good knowledge for Router, switches and internet protocols.
- Knowledge of windows operating systems ( desktop/Servers)
- Knowledge of office and outlook.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Responsibilities :
• Responding to client support requests.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Good time management skills.
