A Receptionist is needed for PharmaRad for Engineering and Medical services
- Welcome the guests
- Answer phone calls and guide guests to what they need
- Coordinate between guests and the concerned employee
- Receiving cash payments and submitting to the accountant and recording the transactions in an organized way
- Doing some secretarial tasks like creating needed documents using MS word, Excel sheets, copying, scanning & archiving documents when asked for.... Etc
- Any other assigned tasks or duties job requirements
Requirements :
- Good english
- Candidate preferred to be a Mokkatam resident
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Excellent in using computer applications and MS programs
Location : Mokattam
