First Group (Real-Estate Developer) is now hiring the following position "Receptionist" who will play the role of: 1-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. 2-Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. 3-Answer and forward incoming phone calls. 4-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone. 5-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable. 6-Ensure with all necessary for reception (pens, forms and Brochures). 7-Receive newspaper, and sort and daily deliveries. 8-photocopying any papers. 9-Deal with special requests from Guests and inform the office boy. 10-Maintain office security. 11-Cover call center for any tasks (Answer for inbound calls, make outbound calls and create new lead on CRM). 12-Ad-Hoc tasks. - From 0 - 2 years’ experience. - Females Only. - Unveiled girls are preferable. - Very competitive package.
