Do Tele Marketing by:
Contact ex-customers and inquire about the reasons of holding off and trying to attract them again by offering promotions, new services and resolve any obstacles or problems they might have.
Contact inactive customers and motivate/encourage them to re-trade by updating them with the latest news and prices for the stocks.
Contact active customer and ask them about their comments or recommendations for improving the service (Companywide surveys)
Set appointments for sales team for potential customers.
Follow all procedures and policies correctly.
