Horizon Track is looking for a full-time (Accountant & Admin Administrator) candidate in Cairo, Egypt
Accounting duties:
Day to day accounting and bookkeeping
Preparing management reports
Performing VAT registration and VAT return filings along with assisting the team on VAT queries
Preparing forecasts & budgets
Assist with budget & forecasting processes and analysis
Knowledge of using QuickBooks accounting software
Execute Payments and record accounting & financial transactions with the appropriate source documents.
Reconciling Cash and Bank account on a monthly basis
Lead month-end and year-end close process
Manage petty cash replenishment and disbursement ensuring all expenses are supported with proper documents.
Assist with and support special projects as needed
Administration duties:
Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
Manage and track users technology services subscriptions
Preparing quotation, sending inquiries
Performing other general administrative duties assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, accounting, or finance
Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting/finance
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Skills:
Computer and IT literacy
Bilingual Arabic and English
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
