Job Description:
Responsible for smooth and profitable structuring of the HR Department & HR Functions and establishing performance management system and competency based framework
Leads performance management, talent assessment, and effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements
Supervises and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations
Takes a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to the hotels objectives
Works directly with all the other departments & business units within the hotel
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years hands-on experience in a managerial position
Must Have Hospitality/Hotel Experience
HR Diploma is a must. MBA is a plus
Preferably residents of Haram & October City
