-Job Description
*Generate Direct prospects, qualifying leads from cold calling to the sales team and Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
*Answering customers questions on the products.
*Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
*Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
*Gathering and documenting customer information,
*Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
*Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
*Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales *Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and scheduling marketing events.
*Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.
-Job Requirements
*A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
*Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be an advantage.
*IT Background is Preferable.
*Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
