Smart Village for Real Estate (SVREICO) is currently seeking to hire Facility Manager.
Job Location: Smart Village.
Job Duties:
1- Manage and supervise the work of the facility management company(s).
2-Manage the needs of the owners as related to their units and the buildings common areas.
3-Supervise and organize the protective-maintenance schedule.
4-Impose and observe the execution of the buildings and the Smart Village rules and regulations.
5-Approve and allow any remedial works required by the owners.
6-Optimization of the use of the buildings utilities.
Requirements:
– Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training. Bachelor’s degree preferred with focus on business, technical or management areas. Prior Supervisory experience required.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
– Working knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems. Working knowledge of leases, contracts and related documents.
