A multinational company located in El Shaikh Zayed, 6th of October is looking to hire (Sales Admin) in Supply Chain department.
Tasks:
-The Order Management Specialist has the responsibility to manage dealer/distributor orders daily. They are the key link in communication with our customers for order/inventory questions. The individual works closely with our shipping department to ensure that every order is processed & delivered on time.
-Order entry – must be able to enter standard and custom orders.
-Order Change – have a strong understanding of the order flow process to know what changes are viable and be able to make changes upholding the Business rules
-Order Inquiry – respond to inquiries regarding order status. Ability to understand order flow processes
-Problem Solve – be able to understand and assist with any issues regarding orders. Know who to contact for assistance or approval for variations to standards
-Establish/Build Relationships – Establish and build relationships with Internal and External
-Invoices creation and set requirements for trucks loading plan
Qualifications:
- University degree.
- 2 -3 years of experience.
- Fluent in Arabic & English
