Jr. & Sr. Real Estate Property Consultants (Primary & Resale) About the Job: Handle all company rotational sales leads to achieve a job well done Follow up with incoming leads and advise and direct them to the best suitable opportunity that will meet their needs. Prepare and present deal proposals with recommendations to convince clients and secure the deal. Monitor the property market to generate new and up for resale properties. Advise clients with recommendations and opportunities on appropriate investments. Job Requirements : A graduate of any major. Organized Trustworthy 1 – 2 years experience in Real Estate/insurance/banking sector. Net salary : ranges starting from 4,000 and up.. depending on the years of experience + Commission Medical and Social Insurance. Working hours: Sun-Thu 10:6 Excellent English level both written and spoken. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Strong numerical skills. Having a car is preferable Males and females.
