Now Hiring " Senior Architect" (5-7) Years Experience -
Responsibilities:
- Concept and mood boards.
- Professional photo
- Realistic 3D-visualisation (NO Beginners or Intermediate, please)
- Detailed Working and shop drawings. " Auto CAD "
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Initiation, amendments and review.
Site Experience and fit outs is a MUST.
- Materials assigning and selection.
- Leading a team of junior architects. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Autocad, 3DMax/Vray or Corona is a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, efficient work execution, self-motivated and willingness to get tasks done
- Great communication skills.
- Experience in Interior Design and Architecture is a must.
- Site-Supervision background is a plus.
- English Language proficiency, especially for details specifying and BOQ.
- Lives in El-Sheikh Zayed City or nearby.
