- Engage & Respond to customer inquiries on Social media to invite customer to the showrooms
- Reply & follow up with customers call to identify their needs (weather if the vehicles are available in stock or could be purchased)
- Post Different organic posts for current stock to ensure the maximum engagement & maximize customers visits.
- followup with company policies & sops by saving & maintain customers data over spreadsheets & oracle system
