•Daily Interview with applicants for the” training - employment
•Provide trainees – job seekers with basic direction, instruction and assistance in career readiness and discuss the scholarship of the training courses
•Sending – follow up job seekers – workshop’s graduates to make interviews with companies (Matchmaking)
Database
•Updating and review companies’ database with job requirements criterias
•Record attendance for soft skills training
Calls
•Answering on all phone calls of the employment department
•Calling and job seekers and workshops graduates to employment interviews
•Calling the candidates to attend soft skills program
•Helping other departments handling event with follow up calls
•following up with the employer and job seeker for investigate the result of training course , handling any career troubles
Soft skills
•trainer of the training
•Announce for soft skills training course the next round to trainees in their workshops
•Handling tools for soft skills training and follow up with (attendance – evaluation – checkup list)
•Coordinate soft skills training (completing official paper to employ – training – receiving certificate last scholarship and soft skills course)
Attending
•Attend events – retreats – training (acting as organizer)
•Attend the company’s interviews
•Attend and observe English course’s Placement test
•Attend and practicing career counseling
•Sending monthly report to top management.
