Main responsibilities:
• Develop regular engaging marketing copy for blog posts, websites, videos, slides, email newsletters, social media posts/updates and etc.
• Edit, revise and proofreading all internal and external content tone/style/length/subject to drive engagement.
• Ensure content reflects brand(s) guidelines including the brand promise, brand voice, and brand personality.
• Collaborate with social media and digital teams to drive content idea generation that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
• Tracks trends of contents published by clients competitors
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
• Use SEO best practices and content marketing metrics to optimize content and increase web traffic
• Deliver valuable, insightful and relevant copy and related content to be delivered with specific business objectives mostly focused on Digital and Social Media related initiatives.
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Stay up-to-date with content trends and best practices as well as generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention
• Update website content as needed
• Adaptable and quick learner
Qualifications
• Must be able to write bilingual copy (Arabic and English)
• Advertising agencies experience is preferred
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong research skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Interest or experience in technology would be an advantage
• At least 2-3 years of professional agency or client experience. Agency background is preferred
• Portfolio of the published content
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferable
