TRAINING AND #QUALITY #MANAGER is required for a #travel agency. Job Responsibilities • Identify and assess future and current training needs. • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations. • Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. • Ensures ongoing development of Training agenda and activities in order to meet results, review and approve developed training content. • Identifies those QA teams who are not meeting goals and conducts one-on-one coaching sessions with and agrees action plans to follow. • Develops and ensures the daily execution of QA processes • Ensures proper handover to Operations after nesting and proper communication of updates and validation feedback to the client. Job Requirements • BSc/MSc degree in Training or related field. • Minimum 1-year experience as a Training and Quality Manager. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.) • Experience designing and executing training programs. • 6 sigma knowledge.
