A leading Construction Company is looking for: HR & Admin Manager - 10 – 15 years experience - Construction background is preferable - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. - Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. - Organizational and time management skills. - Decision-making skills. - Degree in Human Resources or related field ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. - Near by Nasr City, Cairo - Males is preferable.
