Duties & Responsibilities - Headhunt, screen and interview shortlisted candidates in a manner that focuses mainly on the right skills' set, experience, background, and attitude. - Designing various talent acquisition strategies for all various departments and roles. - Posting job advertisements on job portals and social networks. - Establishing a well-rounded on-boarding experience for all new employees. - Developing, maintaining and elaborating Company's culture and values in accordance with HR policies, company Mission and Vision while keeping the team engaged. - Participating in job analysis, creating a job description manual and keeping it updated. - Co-create the Manpower plan and designing the Organizational Chart accordingly. - Responsible for keeping an updated headcount database and employee files. Job Specifications - (3+) years experience. - Bachelor Degree preferred in HRM or Business Administration.
