AREA SALES MANAGER (M/F) CONTINENTAL AFRICA, LEBANON & JORDAN
For DMG MORIs representation in Cairo, Egypt
Main tasks
+ Development of new accounts and support of existing customers to generate new business leads
+ Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships: understanding customer needs, developing solutions to address those needs in line with DMG MORIs territory strategic sales plans, budget planning and monthly forecasting
+ Development and delivery of product demonstrations and customer presentations
+ Execution of the sales projects including technical clarification, handling requests for proposals (RFPs) and quotes (RFQs)
+ Preparation of sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales and customers information, market analysis reports on competitors’ activities and market trends (CRM)
+ Attendance to national and international trade shows, in-house exhibitions and other marketing-related activities
+ Performance of further area sales-related duties as required
Your profile
+ Academic or secondary degree in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or manufacturing engineering or equivalent professional qualification
+ Several years of professional experience in sales-related function, application engineering position, engineering
+ or technology of the machine tools
+ Strong customer orientation and hands-on approach
+ Ability to work without close supervision, possessing target- and solution-driven approach
+ Strong presentation skills, including ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple way
+ Willingness to travel
+ Impeccable verbal and writing skills in Arabic and English are essential
