A training and consultancy center is looking for a Female "Administrator" who will be responsible for :
-Handling and organising the daily admin work.
-Filling and monitoring training programs schedule .
-Follow up with programs' applicants.
-Ensure all logistics needed for a training program are properly provided.
-Answer inquiries raised by Applicants, Trainees, or Trainers .
Job conditions: Shift based
(1 pm - 9 pm ) or (9 am to 5 pm )
Location: Giza .
Requirements :
-Bachelor's degree
-Very good at Microsoft office tools
-Presentable
- 2-3 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or Telesales (Preferably at a training center) .
-Professional communication skills.
-Multitasking skills.
-Selling skills .
