• IT Skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Very good English speaker.
• Previous same industry experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests at the front desk, direct and announce them appropriately.
• Build a good rapport with all of our members and guests.
• Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Deal with membership and sales enquiries and carry out administrative duties.
• Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls and receive daily emails.
• Maintain and update the membership database system.
• Ensure that all financial transactions related to membership fees are completed.
