Job Description:
• Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, Responsible for taking the meetings’ minutes.
• Liaise with internal and external shareholders to ensure a smooth flow of communication and understanding.
• Follow up on directions sent through the Office of the Executives, monitoring their progress.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
• Plan, organize and execute projects and a range of diverse assignments.
• Organizing events and conferences.
• Proactively identify issues and priorities.
• Plan, organize and execute effective delivery of reports, programmed as required by the Executives.
• Build professional relationships with senior management and the leaders in the organization.
• Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Responsible for taking the meetings’ minutes.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative and secretarial field.
• Very Good command of English.
• Presentable & Decent appearance.
• Nasr City & Heliopolis Residents are preferred.
• Females Only.
