Duties & Responsibilities :
• Greet visitors and direct general public to appropriate staff member.
• Direct telephone messages and fax messages to concerned person.
• Maintain and manage general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Making travel arrangements including Visa , Flight reservation, Accommodation, Pickup, Transportation and processing expenses reports.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
