Telecommunications Chinese company requires or its site office in Egypt
Operation Manager :
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the marketing and research activities in Egypt;
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for completing the tasks assigned;
Lead the service transition process for any new project/tasks;
Manage all the teams from different functions of the site;
Manage the supplier/partners in order to achieve the project target and timeline;
Providing adequate training to subordinates in executing the project successfully;
Report back to headquarters regarding the center status at regular basis;
Ensure all the legal and regulatory compliance of the site.

Good presentation, leadership and organization skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Problem solving skills to address various barriers and obstacles in the successful completion of the project/tasks.
Strong self-driven and motivation ability
Dealing tactfully with all the stakeholders, vendors, and partners
Qualifications and Education
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
Minimum of - years working experience in Site Manager role or equivalent.
Working experience in MNC strongly preferred.
Managing experience in BPO area
With working flexibility following -X-- support window
Advanced degree or certification (PMP, COPC, etc.) preferred.
Fluent English, both oral and written, required, Mandarin is preferred.
Well versed with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
