Youssef Allam is seeking to hire"Technical Support Specialist" with the following requirements:
-Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
-Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
-Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
-Following up and updatess technical issues status and informations
-Following up with users to ensure issue has been resolved
-Proven experience as a help desk technician or other user support role
-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer system,software and hardware
-Install,modify and repair computer and printers hardware and software
-Resolve technical problems with local area networks(LAN)
