c. Establish professional relationship with the companys customers and potential customers.
d. Act in professional manner representing the company’s interests with integrity.
e. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales and market reports.
f. Near follow up to the sales dispatch and delivery as part of customer satisfaction regulation.
g. Follow up and report the competitor’s activity in the market.
h. Identify channel of distribution, such as wholesalers, retailers.
i. Providing support and services to the clients up to delivery and post Sale.
j. Prospecting new potential clients to increase client base.
k. Obtaining information about the market to feedback into the marketing planning process.
l. Allocating the shipments to the clients in time of product shortage.
