Horizon Track is looking for a full-time (Accountant & Admin Administrator) candidate in Cairo, Egypt
Accounting duties:
• Day to day accounting and bookkeeping
• Preparing management reports
• Performing VAT registration and VAT return filings along with assisting the team on VAT queries
• Preparing forecasts & budgets
• Assist with budget & forecasting processes and analysis
• Knowledge of using QuickBooks accounting software
• Execute Payments and record accounting & financial transactions with the appropriate source documents.
• Reconciling Cash and Bank account on a monthly basis
• Lead month-end and year-end close process
• Manage petty cash replenishment and disbursement ensuring all expenses are supported with proper documents.
• Assist with and support special projects as needed
Administration duties:
• Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests
• Manage and track users technology services subscriptions
• Preparing quotation, sending inquiries
• Performing other general administrative duties assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, accounting, or finance
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting/finance
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
Skills:
• Computer and IT literacy
• Bilingual – Arabic and English
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
