Sr. AP Accountant
The Accounts Payable Accountant reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. That includes ensuring all the controls are in place in Accounts payable area and maintaining good relations with the company’s vendors & clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining sufficient controls over AP Area
o Establish and maintain effective way in dealing with different vendors that ensure their satisfaction without comprising in controls.
o Ensure applying three-way matching with all invoices received from clients.
o Ensure taking necessary approval from the budget holders before processing the payment.
o Ensure timely payment for all suppliers within agreed payment terms approval from the company.
o Ensure proper booking over different cost / profit center & GL Accounts.
o Ensure ongoing update to different reports required for weekly payment run
§ Vendor payment check list
§ Payment validation reports
· Taxes:
o Ensure the compliance with existing Tax Laws. Report any exposure to the business after consulting our Tax consultant.
o Timely Tax submission Income, payroll and withholding Tax reporting.
o In charge for All Tax examination as follows,
§ Preparation of legal books
§ Preparation of required financial analysis for Tax examination
§ Representing financial team / company in attending Tax examination.
§ Extracting the required document and ensure proper filing for all supporting documents required.
· Key user for ERP Accounting system
o Responsible for maintaining all master data in the booking system & all related x-ref table to increase efficiency of accounting reporting systems.
Candidates Profile -Qualifications and Educational Requirement
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce (English section) or equivalent.& The must language School
Experience: 3-4 Years in Accounts Payable preferably in Real Estate / Construction sector
Technical expertise in using MS applications and work experience in ERP accounting systems is Plus.
Language: English language proficiency.

Working hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Working days: From Sunday to Thursday.
