Quality Assurance is required for a Travel agency located in Nasr city
Responsibilities:
1 monitoring the calls side by side and remotely, and deliver coaching.
2 ensure that agents are following the quality process over the phone
3 reporting on calls to the quality supervisor.
4 reporting to operations leaders regarding their campaign performance.
Requirements :
proven experience as a QA at a Travel agency for 1-year at least.
call center background at a Travel agency is a must.
highly skilled in using Amadeus
Bachelor degree is a must.
attention to detail with excellent 6,communication and organizational skills
