must have 8+ years of regulatory affairs , plus at least 4 years of experience leading a team. Experience managing regulatory affairs in an organization of at least 1000 employees. Ability to develop creative solutions within the regulatory context within the scope of local governmental requirements. Strong initiation and organizational skills, proactive, team-player. Outstanding written and oral communication , with ability to influence others and negotiate successful outcomes. Excellent English and Arabic language. Microsoft office.
Job Description:
Ensure compliance of local regulations and corporate policies and procedures. Act as a contact person to answer any questions related to regulatory affairs related to local/governmental labor/social law, health inspections.
Coordinate with legal department with regard to personal affairs.
Develop and maintain SOPs for various required regulations.
Maintain current knowledge of policies or formulate a new regulatory affairs policies and procedure to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained or enhanced.
Providing, filling and reviewing materials such as latest labor/social insurance laws, health certificates laws and latest regulations, contracts, etc..
Manage activities such as audits on all personal activities with personal team
Submitting monthly regulatory affairs reports to HR manager.
Monitor complaint processing systems to ensure effective and timely resolution of all complaint investigations.
