1. Responsible for HR functions: (Recruitment, Performance management, Personnel, OD, training & development).
2. Responsible for all recruitment cycles, starting from receiving the request from the owner, publishing ads, screening C.Vs and conducting the first and the exit interviews.
3. Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records
4. Collect and analyze data on the capability and learning needs of the organization.
5. Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
6. Implementing the organization recruiting strategy.
7. Responsible for all personnel cycle.
8. Writing job descriptions.
9. Analyzing job duties.

2. Presentable, Cheerful communication skills.
3. Very Good Communication Skills
4. Good Knowledge about Egyptian labor law
5. Very Good in MS Programs
6. Excellent people management skill
7. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
8. Proven experience as an HR
