• Serve as the primary contact for the customer during the implementation process.
• Participate with development team in testing new releases of the product.
• Tests and troubleshoots final system setups
• Provide in depth training to the end users in the system set-up and functionalities.
• Respond to all client inquiries and troubleshoots, report and resolve any issues promptly.
• Implement and deploy new releases to the end users
• May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals
