Job description:
● Plan and execute the marketing and promotional calendar and the yearly local promotional calendar within the necessary period.
o Prepare a detailed report of the promotional activity (tasting, sampling etc) as directed by the Marketing Manager before during and after the activity is over.
o Prepare a detailed report for the marketing manager for each Head Office marketing activity (major activation, ATL implementation etc ) after implementation which includes the achievements vs. set Goals, costs, consolidated feedback from all stakeholders, future improvement measures .
o Prior to launch of any marketing or promotional activity, prepare adequate documentation and seek approval.
o Have a yearly field visits plan, individually and with team members , and use visits to optimize the in store brand image
o Monitoring of competitor activities by keeping recent and updated records of regular pricing, promotions and value added offers by category, or any other relevant information which may affect the short or long term goals of the company. USING sales APP to optimize the reporting
