1- Operations department (online offline ) (executives )
We need 2 staff with the below job discretion
Tours Operation Job Description
Degree in Travel, Tourism or relevant field.
Minimum 1 year experience in the field of Outgoing
tourism.
Fluency in English.
Males only.
Knowledge of travel destinations and attractions are
important.
Handling outgoing packages from A to Z Including
accommodation, transportation, tours... etc.
Manage relation with online and offline suppliers.
Excellent knowledge of hotel reservations systems
and B2B systems.
Knowledge of online operation back office.
Good knowledge about Makkah hotels.
Handle tailor made requests.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or
refund
2- Product department
We need to hire one staff executive with the below job discretion
- Very good in English and computer skills
- Strong knowledge of Top travel destinations and top recommended hotels in each city
- Strong knowledge of uploading offers, dynamic packages and fixed packages to the online systems
- Strong knowledge of online travel business (B2B - B2C)
- Analyze the travel reports to develop business strategies for revenue generation.
- Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development according to the market and competitives
- Recommend product and updates travel business destinations.
- Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability and deliver the travel knowledge to them
- Arrange product and sales trainings to marketing team.
- Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
- Complete documentations for all product related to travel activities.
