Call Center Agents -01
Our client is A leading Catering company in Kuwait seeking experienced & talented caliber to join the company.
Position required:
Call Center Agents (Males)
Main requirements:
Bachelor degree is a must.
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in customer service.
Previous experience in a catering company is preferable.
Adept computer skills to deal with ERP, Google Docs and Avaya telephone systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English and conversational in Arabic.
Job description:
Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scats to seize upsetting and crossing selling opportunities.
Engaging with customers and diffuse and rectify complaints.
Coordinate with delivery drivers and outlet supervisors for orders.
