• Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties
• Manages an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing & preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries & agendas
• Drafts reports, proposals; prepares & coordinates oral & written communication with vendors, clients & other stakeholders
• Communicates on the CEO’s behalf to company staff, & manage activities, which include coordinating semi-annual staff meetings, dinners/lunches/receptions; arranging hotel accommodations for out-of-town visitors & compiling, assembling, & distributing meeting materials
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 to 10 years providing support for upper-level management in a related organization
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English & preferably French
• Ability to travel domestically & abroad if required
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to work independently & with discretion
