jobs duties:
_Monitor and report all competitors’ activities
_Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
_Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (Online and offline ).
_Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and _online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
_Reach out to local individual/team/organization/media content creators, whether for articles or short videos, and recruit them to sign up as Scooper's profession generated content（PGC） partners.
_Analyze PGC content data and communicate with PGC to improve content quality.
_Strictly follow the PGC partner standards, help unqualified PGC to improve the content and give warnings to PGC with originality problems.
_Communicate and co-ordinate issues between Shanghai managing team and Egypt PGC partners. Update PGC partners of content requirement, policies, standards, guidelines, revenue plans from Shanghai managing team. Update Shanghai managing teams of PGC partners' feedback and comments.
_Coordinate and conduct sessions for new and old PGC writers
Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree, at least 2-year working experience
-Candidates with working experience of social media/news App operation, media/marketing, team management, online community management will be preferably considered.
-Have basic skills and a good sense of data analysis.
-Value team spirit and work closely with others in the team.
-have knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and other social media best practices
-To synergies with the Marketing / Product manager including developers, copywriters, content editors
-good command of English language
