Technical Support Engineer (Job Code: TSE25)
Job Description:
- Monitoring and maintaining the IP Network, Servers and any telecommunications equipment.
- Troubleshooting the network, makes repairs and gets the system back up as quickly as possible.
- Handling customers' complaints/inquiries.
- Provision customer network services on core equipment and provide support services.
- Handle cases and Trouble Tickets and follow the appropriate escalation process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Communication Engineering or similar field.
- Cairo Residents only.
- Having good technical knowledge in a related work field is a bonus.
- CCNA firm Knowledge.
- CCNP is a plus.
- Linux knowledge is a plus.
- 0-2 Years Experience.
- Very good command of English language (writing and speaking).
- Ability to work on shift basis.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team worker.
